Terms of use

These terms apply to the HyreMatch website and accounts, operated by Nexus Connect LLC ("HyreMatch", "we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 to use HyreMatch. If you use it for a business, you confirm you're allowed to act for that business.

HyreMatch finds, vets and matches US businesses with remote professionals based outside the US, and manages the working relationship after a hire starts. Information on our site, including example profiles, savings estimates and timelines, is a general guide, not a promise for every role.

Booking a call or receiving a quote doesn't commit you to anything. If you decide to hire, you'll sign a client agreement that covers pricing, billing, the free first week for founding clients, the replacement guarantee, notice periods and the hiring relationship.

If these terms and your client agreement ever conflict, the client agreement wins.

• Applying is free. We never charge you to apply or to be placed.
• Everything in your application, including your resume, skills and work history, must be true and your own.
• Joining our talent pool doesn't guarantee a placement or a specific role, rate or schedule.
• If you're placed, you'll sign a separate contractor agreement that covers your work, pay and confidentiality.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at hello@hyrematch.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

When using HyreMatch, you agree not to:

• Give false information or pretend to be someone else
• Use the site for anything illegal, harmful or discriminatory
• Copy, scrape or resell content or candidate information from the site
• Try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or other people's accounts
• Upload viruses or other harmful code

The HyreMatch name, logo, site design and content belong to Nexus Connect LLC. You may not use them without our permission.

You keep ownership of what you upload, such as your resume or intro video. You allow us to store, use and share it as needed to run our services, as described in our privacy policy.

Our site may link to or use services run by others, such as scheduling, payment and payout tools. Their own terms apply, and we aren't responsible for them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will always be available or error-free. Warranties for hiring services, if any, are set out only in your client agreement.

To the extent the law allows, Nexus Connect LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant, we'll let you know. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
