HyreMatch is a remote staffing service operated by Nexus Connect LLC ("HyreMatch", "we", "us"). We connect US businesses ("clients") with skilled professionals based outside the US ("talent").

This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, forms and accounts, how we use it, and the choices you have.

From businesses, when you book a call or become a client:

• Your name, work email, company name and phone number
• The role you're hiring for, the hours you need and anything you tell us about your business
• Billing details, handled through our invoicing and payment providers

From talent, when you create an account or apply:

• Your name, email, country and the role you're applying for
• Your resume, intro video, work history, skills and tools
• Skills test results, interview notes and reference checks
• Details needed to pay you, handled through our payout provider

Automatically, when anyone visits our site:

• Basic device and browser information, pages visited and the site that referred you
• Campaign tags in links you click (for example, which ad or post brought you here)
• Cookies and similar technologies, described below

Your account password is stored in encrypted (hashed) form by our login provider. We can't see it.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls
• To review applications, vet talent and match them with client roles
• To run accounts, track hours, send invoices and pay talent
• To send updates about your application, hire or account
• To send occasional news about HyreMatch, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• To improve our website and services, and to keep them secure
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• Between clients and talent. If you're talent, we share your profile, test results and intro video with businesses we're matching you with. If you're a client, we share your business name and role details with shortlisted candidates.
• Service providers who help us run HyreMatch, such as website hosting, database and login, email, scheduling, invoicing, payments and payouts, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of HyreMatch, our users or others.
• Business changes, if Nexus Connect LLC is merged, acquired or sells its assets. We'll tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as keeping you logged in. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how people use the site, so we can improve it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as logging in, may not work without them.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. After that, we keep only what we need for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see "Your choices").

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage and access limited to people who need it. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information or close your account
• Stop sending you marketing emails (or use the unsubscribe link in any email)

Email hello@hyrematch.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under local law. We'll honor those rights, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

HyreMatch works with talent around the world, and our service providers may store data in the United States or other countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country, where privacy laws may differ. We take steps to keep it protected wherever it's processed.

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email or on the site.
